COT Change Management Process

Effective Monday, July 17, 2006, all new Change Requests must be submitted through Remedy instead of this site. If you do not have a Remedy account, you can submit your Change Request to the Commonwealth Service Desk. All Change Requests must be received no later than 10:00 AM Tuesday to be included in that week's Change Advisory Board review for implementation two (2) weeks out.

Change Management Policy

This policy describes the responsibilities, policies, and procedures to be followed by COT when making changes or recording events to the Commonwealth of Kentucky’s IT infrastructure.
